You know how how on the stock ef fairmont ghia head units it says 4x50w is that 4x50w rms? What are the power rating on the stock speakers? What size can you fit in the parcel shelf with no modding?

It would be 4x50 watt MAX which is 4X18 wrms. I didnt think that the factory Ford HUs were that powerful back then! the Alpine CD player i have now is only 4X45 watt max.

As for the parcel shelf speakers, i believe its 6-6'5' that will fit straight in without modifications.
