hi
if you were to use the following pinouts for the ipod connecctor and made a adaptor to plug in the usb stick or cut the plug off on the interface would it be possible to adapt the ipod plug on those jvc/kenwood ipod interfaces to plug in a usb stick and control the music from the usb stick on the ipod interface through the car stereo so you can listen to music on a usb stick 15 GND Ground (-), internally connected with pin 16 on iPod motherboard 16 GND USB GND (-), internally connected with pin 15 on iPod motherboard 23 5 VDC (+) USB Power 5 VDC (+) 25 Data (-) USB Data (-) 27 Data (+) or is there another way to hook up a usb stick to a ipod interface that plugs into a cd changer socket to listen to music on a usb stick |
