Amp and cap, yet to sort out where the cap is gonna go/wiring. The amp is finalised, and all wiring is well hidden. I have a few wires running off that cap, Amp, 12V lighter socket, and of course input from battery. I've got a homemade low voltage cutoff circuit to add in soon as well. So I'll tidy up real soon nowâ„¢ 2x 10" in seperate sealed boxes with banana plug leads, very handy as I can remove them quickly when I need the boot space. Which is frequently enough to not hard mount the boxes, but infrequently enough to mean I'm not 100% happy with them (not that they slide around any). No pics: - Sony 4x45W MP3/VCD headunit, but no screen. I'll upgrade to a DVD capable unit and add screens some day. - Stock 6" replaced with some TOTL Sony 3-way 6" coaxials. The fronts hide nicely behind the grills in the door panels, and the rear ones are behind sony grills, as I managed to really f**k up the stock pioneer ones getting them out. I guess they were sun damaged as they were very brittle.

The rear shelf is made of MDF and body filler. i used layers of mdf to build up areas and then smothed off corners with body filler. to get the window curves correct, i cut up the stock parcel shelf and stapled it to the new mdf shelf(while in car). then removed the lot and trimmed it in a layer of dacron and then orange material. chucked on an alpine logo. and it was done. really easy, just took a bit of time. hope that explains. cheers, JB |

i custom made both of my boxes so they sit write up against my back seats and sit and straight under my parcel shelf to maximis my boot space. then i have a false wall across the back which i have bolted my amp to.
