any tips on wiring in a 2-channel amp to drive a sub? i've never installed one before. HU has sub pre-outs.

Pretty easy really.

Ground wire attached to ground on the car.
Power attached to the postive on tbe battery.
Remote attached to head unit.
RCA preouts to head unit as well.
Then bridge the amp attached to the sub.

Just read the instructions and take your time, you'll see it's fairly easy to do.

all of the above and keep the rca's and remote wire(thin cable to the head unit) on the pasenger side and power down the drivers side. this prevents engine noise. meaning no hassels with sound

google, stereo installing!!! :) u will most likely find a wiring diagram

dont forget to run power cable from the rhs of your car as to not get interfearance (engine noise etc...)
