Hello people, A tree branch snapped my aerial (sp?) on my EL futura (Not power antenna) I want to replace it with tha same type (not power) I have looked at the tech doc : http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=69 and it seems pretty straightforward to replace. The only question i have is do i need to unplug the aerial from the back of the stereo or can it be unplugged without removing anything from the inside of the car or do i need to remove the stereo/dash panels to unplug it from the back of it?

The lead plugs into the extension cable behind the passenger kick panel.
