Ok guys. My mate has a AUII SR with the stock alarm. For some reason when you lock it with the alarm turned on it beeps twice as per normal when its locked but 3 seconds after it sounds the beeps 3 more beeps happen. When we consult the owners hand book it tells us that either the boot or bonnet is open....BUT its not. Then some times when all doors are closed properly the alarm sounds for no reason and wont stop. When you try to enter dig. mode its all fine. Can anyone suggest anything....anything at all.... Its just handy to have incase something does happen.

Cheers all

I don't know anything about factory alarms but I would suggest there is a grounded sensor somewhere, you can check them out with a multimeter.

If they follow suit with the doors they will be integrated into the latches
