if your looking for speakers iv been looking at these...

should be fine for running of a headunit or small/medium amp and are pretty well priced...

AU got 5x7. I have 6.5 splits in the front of my XR8

xr got pillar tweeters to, 6 speaker sound not bad for a factory ute lol

i run 5x7s branded eclipse made by fujitsu, but i won't hold that against them they work well.

you could put whatever you like in the back if you want to get creative, couldn't do much worse than the factory mounting idea :lol:
