I was wondering what level of interest there might be in an informal audio workshop day in the next month or so? I am thinking about a 2 part process.
Day 1 (Sat or Sun) - Get together in the morning have an informal chat about audio and audio concepts - Spend a few minutes discussing pros and cons specifically in relation to Falcons - I will discuss a couple of details in relation to different building materials and there pro's and cons. Then people just work with their own equipment on their systems. I will have a mate who has worked on a number of projects with me and provide assistance about mounting options and working with fibreglass Everyone works at their own pace through out the day and we'll have a BBQ lunch for a break. You can bring your own tools and supplies and everyone is welcome to utilise my tools as well (provided they are treated well) I am open to any location but i have most of the tools needed at my place and i know where local suppliers are for additional materials if neded (although i only have room for approx 6 cars to be worked on at a time) Day 2 (To be held a month or so later) Will be a test and tune day. This will not be limited to those who attend the firast day. Not sure on location but i am about to purchase a $2,000 + SPL and RTA measuring system that i will assist people in using to get the most from their systems. All the details are not ironed out yet but probably something like - 30min of RTA time $10 - I will assist in operation of the RTA and EQ'ing - 2 x 15min SPL time $10 - Unlimited SPL runs in this time 15min with a break of whatever length you wish to charge batteries or change system congiguration etc... before the second session. Your thoughts?

Cold do, not looking to scare people off or make a profit from it, just cover any costs, hence the small charge for the SPL and SQ runs.
Anyway i only have room for limited numbers it it's held at my place so open to alternative locations but must have power, water toilets and access to bench and vice's, saw horses etc...

Probably not going to be held in Sydney or SA unless money raised covers my airfare....
At this stage it's to be held in Victoria somewhere. My pleace unless someone come up with somehwere that has more room. Sorry interstaters.... I'll put it under the Vic cruise section
