I plugged them in behind the fuse box, all was working fine (cable was charging and had access to car speakers) but after a few minutes it just completely stopped working (no charging, can't access car speakers) and I've no idea what I did wrong. I've set it to AU on the radio controls.

While it was on, I did put a 2-port USB cigarette lighter in (which is still working fine) but that's the only thing I can think of that I did before it stopped working.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
