How much did you pay for the aux in box?

paid $110 for the kit in the box.
Installed it as per there instructions and now this issue, plus Ford wont give me my money back on it I have to do the diagnostic thing for another $110 per hour on top with no guarantee it will fix it.
Oh the things I would like to call them right now haha

Its priced at the boosted adaptor level. Maybe its just rooted...

Or there could be a wiring fault in your car.

Maybe need to cut your losses and toss it. Buy an ASL one and try that.
