based on that, if the people i referred to wanted a Sprint, they should've bought one...
theres heaps of members here that put bodykits on their XT/SR or whatever..
does this mean i should get rid of my XR6 and take out a ridiculous loan for a BF GT? since thats what my front bar is...

Agreed, but its the same kw output & alike anyway. would be a far more interesting car if it was a hotted up xt like some of the gli e series you see around.

and yes, your correct. the major ones we flame. if not, we should just let them be as its at least traffic through the site. On the scale of whats come through lately, you should be LEAST worried about any of these posts

J3 tuning chip doesng work with ba onwards. You have to go with a flash tuner, like xcal 3

Thanks heaps for telling me that. That would have been money out the window. Had a look at the xcal 3. Is there anything that I can store multiple tunes to switch between on like the J3 does? I wanted one tune for power and one for fuel consumption. I have a bit of programming history so I don't mind intricate systems.

The xcal can hold up to 10 tunes now i believe. just speak with your turner when getting it custom tuned, don't d**k around with generic ones. Get all your performance mods done first and the tune last to bring them all together and get the most out of it. You could have a read of my BF build thread for ideas as I've done pretty much all what you are proposing

Cheers

Phil
