Moved the tweeters to the factory location today and they sound a whole lot better! Absoultely amazing!!

I guess it does depend a lot on the actual driver as every time I have tried the stock locations in my EL for the tweeters I haven't liked the balance at all, found it was too much right ch and almost no left channel.
I experimented with 3 different sets of tweeters firstly some Cantons from my RS3.38 3 way set, some Kefs from my 160.2 set and a pair of Dynaudio tweeters from my Sys 360 set and found that mounting them on the sail panel (small triangle panel behind the wing mirrors) facing forwards and upwards sounded the best to me except for the Dyn's, it didn't seem to matter with them as they sounded great just flat against the trim.

So you need to experiment to see what suits your seating position, your drivers and your tastes.....
