There is a boot lid rattle from the 12 inch in the boot. This makes the boot lid rattle alot. People have told me to use sound dampener but costs too much.
Can i just pack the cavity of the lid with filler foam? or is there something else i can do.

my sub made the sheet metal brake away from the spine of the boot! just use some silcone, foam tape or sound deadener!

yeah i got rid of the number plate rattle by putting a big dab of silicon under it and using 4 tech screws with silicon in the holes.

So use some of that no gaps stuff. Is that in the boot lid cavity? Im guessing so. And a weather strip... I think ill use one where the boot meets the rear windows cause if i press there its a little less rattle
cheers all
