Do you know whether its brand new or not? I'm guessing it might be Clarion's APA450:
Quote:
• Maximum Power Output 400W
• Continuous Average Power Output 200W (50W x 4 Into 4-Ohms 20Hz-20kHz)
• Typical 2-Ohm Stereo 100W x 4
• Switchable Bass Boost Control 0dB/6dB/12dB
• Adjustable 50Hz-250Hz High/Low Pass Crossover
• 4/3/2ch bridgeable mode operation
• Speaker Level Inputs

nah its an older model, i did a new search for it and came up with this...

Maximum Power Output 400 W (100 W x 4)
Continuous Average Power Output 200 W (50 W x 4 into 4 ohms 20Hz-20kHz @ 0.05% THD)
Typical 2-ohm Stereo 75 W x 4 @ 0.8% THD
Typical Bridged Power 150 W x 2 @ 0.8% THD
Adjustable 2-Channel 50Hz-200Hz, 12dB/oct. High/Low Pass Crossover
Mixed-Mode Operation
Built-In Bridging Capability
MOSFET Power Supply

does that mean i can power a Kicker EX124 at 150wrms and then also power my pair of rear alpine 2-ways at 50wrms? cheers

Yep... that should be fine. (You might wanna get a 2nd opinion though).

You wouldn't wanna run the gains for the rears @ full, otherwise you might cook the VC, & blow your speakers.
