Does any one know where I can get a da ltd factory amp? And does any one also know were I can get the original da ltd rear speakers?

are they the same as the DC ones?

... so you already have the rear seat control unit in the console?

Nigel what headunits in your DC? If its the Alpine unit then i dont think its the same as the DA. Im no expert though, just half remembering things from my old cars.

The DC i had was an Alpine
The DA's ive seen were Pioneer i think, cant remember though, definitely don't take that as gospel.

Mines an early DC - Im sure it has the pioneer one. The later DC's got the Alpine from Memory

Okay, mine was a series 2. The Alpine's sound good for a 20 year old sound system, havent heard the Pioneer unit running properly though, but it looks interesting with the rear console mounted controls.

when my pioneer one was working (before the amp burntout). it sounded great, and i loved the rear remote thing. the power out put was 2x40w rear and 2x16w front (well thats what the speakers are rated to)

I found the amp for $20 at the ford wreckers in Kilsyth. The original radio works great now. And sounds better than the kenwood cd unit I hade in the car.
