Good evening. Radio works fine but theres a stripped gear in the change mechanism i'd like to take a shot at subbing out.

Not even vaguely versed of where i'd start looking but have found the online community for the most part willing and keen to assist with other hobbies i delve into. The following:

is what i'm wrestling with and am hoping perhaps someone out there has one that has s**t itself that they have sitting under a bench somewhere gatherihg dust they may wish to part with. I know the unit is available in reconditioned format on ebay, but i like dabbling in fiddly crap and would love to take a crack at this if were a second unit out there furnished whereby i can plunder it for the requisite spares.
