I'm just curious if anyone has used a program to basically design their boot install? I don't mean measurements as such, i mean layout

try getting hold of any autocad version, its up to version 2005 now i think and its very useful although you may need to do a basic course at tafe

I have taken to drawing my ideas, then if I like one, we'll try to design it.

Thanks anyways - I couldn't figure out any of the programs I downloaded last night.

Yeah, I resorted to that. Much easier. I just wanted to see it, but that would be much better if you were installing something in a minivan or a wagon.

I've just gone with the simple sealed box behind the back seat, finished off nicely with carpeted panels.

AutoCAD 2006 and 6 has just been released but any version back to 2000 would be more than fine for what you need. There's probably no need for a course as i've found it a fairly easy program to learn (i have been using it for about 6 or so years though).

I've had a look, it's not worth drawing. Different if it was in a wagon or somewhere with heaps of room. I'm just drawing by hand and keeping it basic
