Hey guys i currently have an EF XR6 Manual that i'm selling and looking to see if i can pinch the speakers out of it to go in to my BA XR6 Turbo Ute. The speakers in the BA are standard from what i can tell, the one's in my EF are not. They're fairly decent and i'm hoping i can make the front speakers fit. They're just the standard EF size (in the door). I am fairly sure that i can not use my rear speakers anywhere in the ute but from what i have read i can use my amp in the ute, is that correct?
The speakers are kenwood not sure of the exact size but they were a straight bolt in to my EF. They cost me about $600 so i'd like to try and re use them if possible, if not well so be it... The amp is a kenwood 600W from memory, do these just wire up into the standard BA Head unit? I will be getting someone that knows what they're doing to install the job i just thought i'd get a little bit of advice whilest i'm trying to work out what fits.. thanks for any help. |

BAs run 5x7s. POS speakers. lol.
get some spacers or the 5x7 hole to suit a 6" speaker should be fine.
