I've replaced my EL head unit and it wont run the factory CD player, when you push the CD button nothing happens.
Can anyone tell me what ot test or check, as it was working before I replaced the head unit.
A components are factory

Tell me, does your radio and all other functions still work?

If the answer is no - check the fuses in the fuse box panel, and the fuse behind the CD player head unit.

If the answer is yes - possible fault in the head unit - take it to the place where you bought it from and ask for it to be tested.

Was the head unit wired up correctly? Check the wiring as well.
