Hi all

I recently got a mid range deck and stacker from one of the guys, and am trying to bench test it before it goes into my car... i know the deck works but when attempting to connect the deck to a bench supply nothing happens. i have checked the wiring with the tech sheet for this deck and get nothing. should the deck power up from only the + back wire and the Accessory wiring with ofcourse the earth wire.
for power i am using these pins from the data sheet...

Pin 4 Dark Green / Yellow Constant Battery Voltage (+ Positive power)
Pin 5 Dark Blue / White Accessories Power (As taken from the Ignition switch)

I have worked out that the tech page on the forum is wrong... at least the pin numbers are comparing to the plug numbers on the deck's plug. I have it all working except for the deck backlight. As i am still unsure which wire it is should the back light wire be put to power or to ground to turn the deck light on???

Any suggestions...
