I've got the factory 6 stack and want a new head deck, do you think i can fit an aftermarket one with the stock six stack?

Personally i would be rid of the stacker and get an MP3 head unit. If it has an aux input on the front even better as you can use iPod and laptops to play back music. Basically 1 MP3 disc can hold around 120 songs which is more than the 6 disc stacker anyway.

No. Not easily. Go completely aftermarket.

It all depends if it is the Ford branded stacker or the Alpine branded stacker. If it is the Alpine branded unit you can use any Alpine "M-bus" head unit or if it is the Ford branded stacker you should be able to get an adaptor to connect it to the same "M-bus" head units...
