Hey there all.

I need to replace the factory speakers in my EL ghia as they are pretty buggered.

Now I am on a budget and since I am keeping the factory double din unit and amp/sub

I came across these sony speakers at JB hifi and was wondering what you think?

I know they won't be like the hertz speakers I had a few years ago in another car :(

I don't think putting 4 way speakers in the rear as compared to the 2 ways listed above would make any real difference would it?

Thanks in advance!

They will sound 100 times better than your standard speakers, which im sure have done there bit over the years, if thats all you got to spend then i dont see why they wouldnt be ok, anything else with in that price range wouldnt be that much different anyways.. with in reason, and if you wanna put 4 ways in, instead of 2 ways thats upto you, some people might not hear any difference but if your picky you probably would, personally would just chuck the 2 ways in, not unless you gonna amp them up or want the rear part of your car to be noticeably louder, thats a matter of opinion though up to you.

Cheers LOLHSV.

I think they will still run through the factory amp in the boot but for the price I stick with the two ways for the rear.
