how do people mount and hold their fake walls in the boot for the subs and amp in a boxcar??

i put one in my ba i just used angle brackets and 15 mm screws and carpeted over the angle brackets

Not sure if this will be of any help, but my AU:



Not the best pic of it but you can see two silver screws in the pic, one up the top and one down the bottom (I've since painted the heads black!)

Up the top I've got an angle bracket made from scrap metal sitting behind the fake wall. It's attached to that white angled beam. Down the bottom the screw goes straight into the chassis. I've got exactly the same on the other side except I've used two screws down the bottom because it is holding more weight.

Unfortunately the one stage of the install I didn't take a pic of was the brackets

'L' / angle brackets are the easy way to go....depends on how you plan to do it.....if its flush with th wall of the car just screw it in so long as you know the screw wont pierce any wiring / components or pop out the side wall of your car

If you have an existing sub box fixed in the car like I did then you can just attach cleats to the box and then screw into the cleats. More work but nicer finish. L / angles would be the easiest.
