Hey mate, very good drawing indeed!
Looks like a good setup. The hardest part will be moulding it all to the boot. Are you attempting some fibre glassing or all wood? Not too sure about the ministry of sound logo...unless their paying you for it

SPLITS INSTALLED
Will be covering the wood with some sort of white leather looking stuff as well as the the door cloth and will try to cover the part the splits installed on... NEW H/U SURROUND yeah decided i didn't like the draw... Ipod had to squish in it and the bottom hung out to far... got this one of Ebay... No Point showing amp as its just floating around the boot Had a issue with water leaking through the door so have put a layer of plastic between the window and interior of the front doors...

for the sub boxes i would do it with mdf, then cover it with good quality white vinyl and have polised metal strips along the edges to hide where vinyl joins
you can screw the box down at the back by drilling holes through the floor above the diff then using bolts and a 90degree bracket. here's a pic of my sub box just to show what i mean by the vinyl and metal strips (mine arent properly polished though)

Cleaned it up abit... got a bit side tracked with the front bar... just wondering where i could get some black carpet from... any ideas... have tried a few places but no luck...
- the sub box now sits off the floor so i will put a slit down the middle of the floor for spare tire access - carpet and second amp and rear speakers are next...

Looking good mate. When I did my boot install I bought black velour automotive carpet from Bunnings off 2mtr wide rolls for about $20 a metre. Fantastic quality stuff and very easy to work with.

Many many years ago I did my boot install with nice black carpet, boy did I regret it as every single bit of crap would get caught in the pile and it annoyed me so much that I ripped it all off the mdf panels and went with vinyl and it was very easy after that to look after and keep clean....

Install Alpine Headunit Inside Stock Head Unit...
have decided to do thins because nothing fits better than the stock headunit, will have a few extra buttons available to use, will be using the volume control of the old h/u to control the Subs Amps Bass Level through the supplied remote, this is the easiest way to mount the unit... I think This is where i got the idea From (AFF user AU2Falcons) I'v Made A Start... have removed the guts of the old dead headunit... had to cut a fair bit of the frame back due to size issue... the are both the same width..have the unit sitting inside the frame right... now have to attack the face plate will update tomorrow night... the red parts are the parts i have cut out Cam

you should have mounted the cd player face flush with the au frame, and be done with that surround. it would sit that little bit nicer too, like the pic you got off aff.
