old front speaker wires are fukd dnt work and dnt no why, i want to run new speaker wire, but how in the hell cn i run the wires thur the ruber thingo in between the door and car, i pulld it bak and pushd wires thur but you put your hand up and cnt get to the wires please help me

try tieing new speaker wire onto one end of the old wire,
say in the door part, just by the speaker, then on the other side of the grommet pull the old wire out. new wire will follow it through, and basically do that all the way up to the HU for the same route. just try and keep it sliding freely and not get caught on stuff.
