whats the best place to go through the firewall in my eb, to get my amp power cable through. cheers |

if it's an auto and you don't plan on a manual converstion, you could put it threw the hole that the clutch cable goes threw

if it isnt manual go through the clutch cable hole, im pretty sure thats where i went with mine on the auto falcon i had

My AU is a manual, but I found a random hole with nothing in it anyways that I threaded mine through. |

yeah it's about 2 inchs to the left when sitting in the car from the break booster

oh bugger. you could take side panel off and run it through there, bit of a mission tho.
so maybe there might be a spare hole |

Get a metal coat hanger or strong metal wire, tape the end of the power cable to it and thread it through the same hole all your other electrics go through. It comes out on the drivers side of the brake booster in the engine bay, from there you can feed it anywhere. That's how mine is run in my EL with a 4 gauge. If you're running anything bigger than 4 gauge, I suggest finding another hole.

Just poke your head down at the pedals and get someone to shine a torch into the engine bay. Where light comes through is where there are holes. Pick the easiest one.
