Just got my 96 ef registered on friday, bought a new stereo today, installed it, and the smartlock has disabled my car!!!!

I have connected all wires together as shown in the pioneer wiring diagram and the stereo works fine but the car won't start. The dash lights come on, the car winds over, the central locking works fine, the smartlock isn't flashing on the dash!!! The interior light isn't coming on inside the car.

i cant work out whats happened???
