okay guys im having problems with my sub when i reach a higher volume, it starts to cut out and so on...
hear is my set up sony xplod mex-bt2750 headunit pioneer 800w mono block amp - Gm 70100 sony xplod sub 1300w XS-L126p5 12" front speakers pioneer 160 w rear kenwood 180 w bit of a mix but its just the sub cutting out is the promblem any ideas? cheers |

no it just cant keep up with the beat after i turn the volume up about over roughly 25

check your earth wire , or your power supply might not b good enoughf wat gauge wire are you running?

At a guess it sounds like the amp is running out of power due to an inadequate power system, check all the grounds are solid at bota ends, check that the cable size is sufficient.
Is it more with the engine running or when the engine isn't running that this happens? Could be that the gains are set wrong or that the load on the amp is wrong, there are a few things that can cause this.....
