Hey guys i just bought an EBII lastnight just going over her today and i find the horn isnt working. I press the horn and i hear clicking coming from what looks to be a relay box or somthing along those lines (little black box along the front right quarter panel). i found one of the wires disconected so i reattached it, Anyone got any ideas as to what is going on?

Mine was same, had t replace relay, get yourself a manual, tells you all this stuff, relay is near battery, had to pull it out to get to it, on a EF anyway.

To test the horn itself pull out the horn relay (the one that is clicking) and trip out the swtiching contacts with a piece of wire or a coathanger or something. If the horn beeps, replace relay. Otherwise it is probably the horn is disconnected or otherwise faulty.

If the relay is clicking, its probably ok. Its more than likely gunna be the horn itself stuffed. Give the horn a gentle smack with a hammer while someone else is pushing the horn pad, it may start working, but a new horn is the go.

Thanks for the info guys i found what the problem was. The horn was disconnected to start with, which it looked to be connected when i first glanced at it and secondly there was no foam between the horn plates therefore it was touching all the time making the horn sound non stop when i did connect it.
