hi guys i have got a pioneer head unig in my ef fairmont but i cant get the power antenna to work i only have a remote out on the head unit and it's hooked to my amp...

is there some way i can get it to work from my head unit? or any other way? have tried to ru npower to the switch but it my antenna just goes all the way up them all the way down and will not stay in position.

Did you install the head unit? There should be a I think its red/blue wire in the cars loom that extends the antenna when the radio is on. Take the head unit out and have a look at the pin outs (should be on top of it) and see if there is a power antenna out wire anywhere. If there is join blue/red to it if not head unit wont do it.
