How do i remove the cover on the a pillar and that to get the wiring up there?

there is a screw up the top above your head, and then it unclips
beware
most of the clips break off once it comes off

Agreed. Just count the number of metal objects you hear hitting the ground after you wrestle the cover off... and go from there. I lost one, and it clipped back on nicely. Use the edge trim for the roof lining to make it look pretty.

Same happened here.... but seems to have held up ok since.

doesn't look like there's much room for wires to go behind it.
I did break one of the clips. It's sitting there loose now, it's still holding in/sitting in at the bottom were it meets the dash. I presume it just lifts out ehre.
Havn't bothered taking the rest out as i need to run to JayCar and get the cables now!

*meh* I've got a handful wires in there and a vac line for ol' boost gauge running back there...
