maybe the amp doesn't have a low pass option. being a 4 channel it'd be 2 for fronts and 2 for rears

well you have the front set for High pass meaning vocals.
and the rear is set for Low pass meaning bass the level is for the amount of power you are putting into the speakers/sub high frequency is more for vocals but to high it'll distrort tweeters low frequency is for bass in this case but too low and it may bottom the sub out

so what you need to do is get the frequency right to where it sounds good to you and then adjust the power to the point before it distorts/bottoms out

all you need to find is a screw that will go into the hole in the amp because all its doing is holding the wire to the base plate. take one of the other screws out and have a look around the home/shed. If you cannot find one go to your local hardware/auto shop and get one to match. I would advise you to use eyelet connections for the wires anyway so as long as the new screw holds the connection to the base plate without touching either the outside of the amp or the other connections. Also when stuffing around with the high/low pass filters and gains, as long as the amp is wired correctly and the speakers are what you want for each channel just play around with it till your happy. You may have an awsome sound at low vol but when you pump it it sounds s**t so play around man and dont be scared. The main thing is just making sure its wired correctly
