Hey guys hoping I can help me, I just want to know how to take out your head lights on a bf xr6 2007 mk 2 and open the Lens off the head light? I was told that i would have to take the whole front bumper off to do so and to get the lens off i would have to bake the lights in an oven at 80 degrees for 5 mins so the adhesive melts to take the light lens off , I don't I know if that is true or not but I just need help cheers aye :)

If you open them and dont reseal them properly you will forever have condensation inside the lense. Id rather leave those lights alone. Its a tricky mod.

Yeah you have to take the bumper off to get the headlights out.

I use a heat gun to open them. Be careful with your fingers, and just don't stay in the one spot too long or you will melt the plastic, just wave it over the join for a while to get the heat in to the sealant.

It's not that hard to re-seal them either. Just push them together, hold them and heat the sealant again, then push the two halves back together the rest of the way and hold until it cools.
If you do stuff it up and get condensation, take them out and open them up again to see if you can spot where the leak was (it should stand out) then add a little sealant, or move some excess from another spot around the join, and try again.
