Cant really blame them then.

As usual a bunch of morons with no respect for others will screw it for everyone.

and the government will use the cops to get revenue out of everone not just the morons.

every factory fitted sound system since about 1988 is capeable of being used 'illegally'.

yeah i was in chappel street a few weeks back and i even saw bouncers from night clubs taking down regos and car descriptions of cars with loud systems

agreed, any system can pretty much be considered offensive if used improperly, juss gotta try not to piss anyone off

i had an ef ex pursuit car that was recorded at 142.3db and i never once got a warning or a fine, but thank god for the remote head unit

Ive have been fined for loud music about 5 times now, actualy waiting for one to come in the mail from sat night in the rocks.

It is always at the particular officer's discression. I have had some say "if you can hear it from the side walk" and some say "If you can hear it from outside the car"

some fines have been for 200$ and others 150$
