ok well im upgrading my fg stock sound. i want to keep it looking stock even though its not. ive got all the parts, but as there is no rca's on the icc, i have been suggested to use line level convertors. i have however found this for sale on evilbay, and have seen some youtube videos about them.
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170761239115 ... 1423.l2649 my query is to wether anyone has first hand knowledge about this item, and whether it is worth the effort of installing and tuning rather than using line level convertors?. im not going to be running competition grade audio, just some alpine s series speakers and pioneer subs |

Don't know about that item in particular... in my bseries i used to run an LC6i
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_635 ... y-LC6.html This was really good, as i was still able to maintain the steering wheel controls and what not. I ran 2 amps, 4 speakers and 2 monster subs with it, so all was good. Let me know how you go, i am sure an audio upgrade wont be too far off for me either. Cheers |

Why not just use an amp that has line level inputs and a pre-amp output for hooking up another amp for your subs?
