you can, but having 3 channels that close together *MAY* result in noise.
$40 for a set of RCA's is a tad expensive anyway.

What, gold plated oxygen free 5M long leads for $20 each (that's a pair) and it includes an amp remote trigger wire. Then get two pairs of the $14 5M leads (no trigger wire).
$19.95 $14.35 I pity the people that think getting monster cable, that has each copper atom aligned to mecka, and hardwood volume knobs actually make a difference.

that said, i've heard of some well performing RCA's made from cat 5 network cable mmm not a bad idea.. consider it is well insualted and desgined for high speed transfer of data= electrical signals the only thing i would be worried about is the small diam of the cables...

The biggest problem with running a multi core cable like that is splitting the shield at the ends for each plug.

i resoldered an RCA i broke
was takign it outta a mates car and the guy that installed it used about 20 cable ties and tied it along a factory loom, accidently slit a chunk outta the RCA when i was cutting the cable ties.. resoldered it, made the shielding match up again, sq is perfect (then again its for my subs)

the plugs are a ball breaker to hook up after. I would just buy them it will save you heaps of stuffing around.
