I recently purchased a wiring loom to install a mobile phone in my car, can anyone tell me where it plugs into in the car and the wiring colours

as far as i know there is no plug just wire it in best place to get the wires u need is behind the head unit

the wiring loom is ford part number er 19a442c and is suppose to plug straight in some where

for an ef?? not that i know of the ba falcons have a plug under the drivers side but for the ef falcon i have always tapt in to the wire from behind the head unit and pritty shure there isnt a mute so to do that u will need a relay

EF falcons didn't have provisions for the phone mute etc - that was in EL's

Refer to the doco: http://www.fordmods.com/forums/documents.php?doc=27 .
Use:
Pin 5 -Dark Blue / White-Accessories Power (As taken from the Ignition switch)
Pin 4 -Dark Green / Yellow-Constant Battery Voltage (+ Positive power)

Pin 6 -Light Green-Telephone Mute (Factory Telephone System)

You'll need to insert a 2nd hand pin for pin 6 - this can be from an old head unit connector, clock connector, or instrument cluster connector.

You shouldn't need a relay.
