If i was to run around under the bootlid with silicon to stop the horrendous ratrling that seems to be louder then the sub, how long does it take to dry and be ready for use? If it will dry tonight ill go buy it now, if it wont i will get it after work this week and do it on the weekend.
Does it take ages?

i dunno how long should say on the tube
note: is usually best to wipe off excess silicon with your finger when wet but be carefull not to touch your car with that same finger even after you have wiped it a rag you will get fingerprints of silicon on ya car found that out the hard way |

i got bothered and did it! got a blade out and just ran it between the framework and the bootlid panel and got rids of heaps of the old crap, then just filled the gaps with silicon (i even found one to match the colour of the car!!). then i removed the rattling thing from under the car and now there's no rattles at all!! yay!!!!
