mmm love my truck orns. i hate the fact i can never fully pump up the tank though. havr to pull in at servo's to pump it up. mine has no compressor yet but considern hooking up an arb belt driven unit for her :D .

Also seton005 im fairly sure (NSW anyway) that a car horn can not be as loud as you like. If a police ofice wanted to be a prick he can hit you up for noise pollution (possible defect) if over the legal EPA level (96db i think) I highly doubt you could get a 180db horn, thats wow. considering a 747-400 four tubines on full afterbuner on take-off is about 126db which if constant exposure will send complete deafness in about 5 seconds.

Also having had a little compressor job die, and had to be replaced so many times, im never bothering aain. get yourself a tank its much easier. Also horns sets are aailble form most car places such as motoquipe, autoone, autobahn, and if your a chapo commonwhore driver even K-Mart

if you go to:
http://www.gme.net.au/land/accessories/ ... eakers.php
and look at SPK03W, that's the one we used. i think it has a standard 3.5mm stereo plug and will plug into a 27meg or 477meg uhf radio, or any other device you want

Thanks Kenwood Maverick, thats is exactly what I was trying to point out. I believe the noise standard would be similar across Australia.
