...has eaten my Jordin Sparks CD!!! It wont play or eject it, and wont even play (or eject) any of the other CDs in there. What can I do? :(

you have fallen victim to the AU Stacker problem.. it is a well known drama assoicated with the AU i havn't got a solution or anything... just telling ya what happened. lol

is there a small hole in the front face to push a small paper clip in to open it.dont know if they are repairable.

hhhmmm maybe dismantle it and get the CD out? or..... get a hammer or grinder and shred it to pieces so it wont ever do this problem again.

yea, ya stacker is rooted. happened to mine, so i simply replaced my cdplayer. n00b question, is the double-din CD player the actual stacker as well? i have a 2001 AUII fairmont ghia and when i replaced the cd player (with a 7" touch screen dvd player :) i threw the old stock cd player out...

Nah seriously, If you really want that CD back i guess you'll have to open it somehow any means necessary that's up to you. Or you could also replace it with an aftermarket Head Unit, There are some great ones on Ebay, there is one i fancy but i don't have the money for it hehe. :x

Im not concered about my Jordin Sparks CD, it was burnt from the Mp3s on my computer any way.

So, its stuffed?

I was looking at some of the random Asian brand touch screen double size players on ebay. They look pretty cheap. Will they fit in there ok?

You should be able to remove the casing off the head unit to remove your valuable prized possession.....
