hey guys just thought i'd show off my unit and get some idea's

thats the setup i changed from 2XJensen 12" subs to 1 MTX Audio Sub Bass is 3 times better (just about went deef setting the amp at the right level lol)

EDIT: the splits are pioneer

yeah target just called and said that instead of repairing my camera kadak has replaced it with a newer model :-) good old kodak i'll have some decent pic 2night

should really amp the front speakers instead of the rears and not run two different sized subs.

hope it sounds good though

agree about the subs but the 8" on the shelf will fill in what the 6.5 and 12" both miss... having said that with the sub cranked right up and the 6.5s amplified u wouldnt even hear the 8 inch much...(prolly needs to be boxed)... but i would amp the rears until i knew or replaced the front stage because atm he doesn't know wats up front..

Looks good. I would go with another one of the MTX 12's instead of an 8" in the parcell tray.

Are you comming tot he comp to give her a run? from traf ir's not far...

yeah i'm going to get my mate to drive it up with me the 8'' is just there because it came with it and i wanted more bass and more boot room so the mtx 12 was the way to got ... where can i find more info on the sound of and yeah you cant tell the 8'' is on iv got it turned down so when i set my h/u to 40(max) theres no vibrating parcel shelf

found out what the front speakers are today.. got bored and took the door cover of... there pioneer TS-C1602 come as a seprate 2way set they dont look like any thing special but there pretty good quality sound even at no distortion loud volumes at all

no they actully look worse than the stock speakers they have a crappy looking black paper cone with a small magnet and the fome sh*t around are tiny but i guess looks can be deceving there valued at $200 a set so they arnt 2 bad...

Ummm, if im not mistaken, The foam surround is actually one of the best materials to do the job, although it does wear away a bit easier then other material.

Yeah it looks like the surrounds have been getting squashed by the back of the door trims. Can't be that great for sound reproduction.
