Will an AU Fairmont Ghia head unit fit directly into an AU Futura? Where does the amp go? Need help please - for a friend's car.

I don't see no problem with that unless the Fairmont Ghia head unit was DIN rather then single compared to the Futura. I'm sure it will fit straight in. Amp I think is in the boot? on the drivers side.

coorect on both counts there phongus, the hu is a direct swap, amp is mounted on drivers side boot compartment, and there should be a parcel shelf free air sub 2

I have received the stereo system. I just have a couple of questions:
The loom for the CD stacker and amplifier is all in one - does the CD stacker sit at the RH side of the boot under the parcel shelf? Is there another loom needed to run the rear speakers and subwoofer off the amplifier?
