i just got it installed today, half of the features aint eeven on it, i cant select Aux, the motorised screen stays flipped open all the time?? anyone had experience with them?? could it be a dud unit?? Gone threw the manual a hundred times with friends too. Anyone who has one post me some feedback?? this is crap. usaully it doesnt take me long to figure stuff out usaually i never use a manual but this is killing me. Aint pioneers user friendly.

what happens if u hit the eject button...
and to turn aux on, hold src till the unit is off, then hold down the rotary control and a menu should appear, then just turn it til u find aux, and turn it on ;)

If the screen doesn't go back up after you press the eject button, then it's either faulty or the install is too tight and restricting the motorised face from working properly.

With the AUX option, most people don't read the manual thoroughly and just read the brief section on how to turn AUX on without reading the section leading up to that about changing initial settings. AUX is an initial setting so you need to get into that menu first which is done as Mitch said above.
