looking good mate - love the glass idea!! it shouldnt crack if it is siliconed in - cause it will allow it to move enough with the sound waves!!

Almost finished, the sub box is done, looks cool, the glass at the front of the box is double insulated sound proof (4x as sound proof as house glass) and its held on by silicone. The box vibrates too friggin much, i told my uncle who was giving me a hand that id need 16-24mm for the box and he said naah this'll do, well just reinforce it, and i said if its noisy im going to kick you, so i did. The subs vibrate the absolute f**k out of the box, mostly the front panel, so were going to reinforce it and add brackets to it to hopefully hold it in place.

I should have my good camera back tomorrow some time so i will endevour to get pics in higher res.

The sound minus boot rattle isnt bad at all, the bass is clear in the cabin and minimised in the boot, down side to soundproof glass I just wish i had the money to get 2 1000rms subs in the back seat cause 2 300's only gives a slight back massage

I just cant get a good pic inside the box without getting too much glare.

Iwas thinking of putting in a black light (and assorted high vis crap) or a sound sensitive strobe, only problem is if its in the box, itll prolly break?

I should get a day off work thru the week and i definately have sun off so it should be finished 100% then. Cant Wait.

Does anyone know where to get glass lazer etched in frankston, and how much it is? I dunno if i should get it etched and create a light effect with that, since the back of subs dont do much.
