Good deal, those subs will perform alot better with the right amount of power... Be careful running a low powered amp as you can cook the subs easily if the amp is run into clipping (distortion that happens when you try to get too much power out of the amp).

yeh should only really happen if he is runing the sstem hard at high volumes...1000 subs take it theyd be more like 400w rms maybe 500wrms....so wied together each subs gonna be lucky to see 150wrms...so severly underpowered but hey $400 for an alright crusing system is pretty damn good.

Most people who decide to buy two subs are going to turn it up to high volumes(even if it's just to see how it goes), otherwise they wouldn't buy TWO subs. Those subs are rated at 400Wrms and they'd be getting 140Wrms running the amp at maximum, it's still going to be loud but is likely to clip at those high volumes.

Just be careful :)

They are the nice depth ones, goes pretty good for the amount of money i paid the subs are bridged at 1 or 2 ohm i forget, they are 400 watt RMS, havn't expierenced any clipping as yet but thanks for the warning guys.

Cheers
