Hi ive installed the jaycar central locking kit as per the doco and am experiencing a serious power drain. I have to disconnect the battery whenever i park the car for more than 1/2 an hour as it flattens the battery... The only part in the doco im unsure as to whether i did properly is the connection of the wires to the bem unit. I know i got the right 2 wires coming out of the bem but was unsure as to if i should have the same brown n white wires as run to the drivers door connected or the short brown n white wires that are seperate (for alarm i think)???

Ideas ne1?

You'll need to post the pics/wiring diagram.
Can't do it from memory i'm afraid.
