I was wondering wat you guys would recommend to buy for my car for security? what brand car alarm to suit my car best, and with no hassles or problems with the car alarm/immobiliser?

i got my alarm from identimark in canningvale, $300 with window, doors, boot and bonnet sensors, also hooked up to the central locking kman

cyclops mongoose all black wiring is what you want and decent support if it dies .. dont get black widow tho!

f**k beginners alarm, handyman style black widow has a high failure rate and s**t backup service. out of all alarms on the market the best would be mongoose, standards approved, insurance approved and if installed correctly very hard to beat.

I got the mongoose m20s, battery backup siren, doors, boot, bonnet, windows, shock.
All hooked up to my central locking and with remote boot for 265 installed. |

yeah you can the alarm connects to the BEM, you must have the right model alarm to do this tho. i don't advise this method tho due to easy duplication of the ford remote making your car easy to disarm.
