Yes quite easy to shape.
Cut chunks with a stanley knife for large pieces and then use a sender for smaller sections, then sand by hand for the final stages. Then glass over the top. later on y9ou can break it all away from behind if you dont want it there or you can simply leave it in place. In the kickpanels i left it in place whereas in the A-Pilars i have remoceed it now that they are glassed as i need space to be able to bend the A-pillar to get it to slide over the steel tweeter ring. \

Bit of an update.
I spent many hours working on what looks like a messy little bar but is in fact an variable speed LED chaser for inside the sub box. COntains 20 hig intensity LED's (30,000mcd Whites look cool) Display board has 12 pin trailer plug to it becuase there is so many things to be conneted Also Shane from Phatt Audio made a start on the display board which will feature a 15" TFT screen, bullet proof glass, and the 3 way DLS ultimate front stage as pictured. It will be finished in Kamelion and also black leather for consistency of theme with the boot and car interier. Boot panels are in high fill and will be rub backed today and painted in Kamelion Tuesday. A pillars have been vaccum moulded Didn't take photos of the alarm for security reasons but needeles to say the guys at directed and at Phatt Audio say its the most comprehensive alarm they have ever seen or he4ard of being fitted. Boot floor picstures show a subtle but noticble wave throughout the boot and into the sub box.

I made my first set (which looked similar)
This set was made by Phat Audio Concepts in Braeside. Your looing at around $400 a pair to get them made like that. I have made kickpanels molds and i thinking about producing a few sets of kickpanels and A-pilars, but i'll keep you posted

Failing that, if i called them and asked for a set of A-pillers similar to what you have, would they know what i am talking about?

Yes and when i finish my car (about 2 weeks I might do that. I have made an inverse mould of the kickpanels so can produce them form there. I will first have to dsetermine how long it willl take me to knock them out. Also thinking about 6.5" door moulds in the map pocket on an exchange basis.
