gday guys and gals
i am wanting to know how hard would it be to take out a head unit from a nc fairlane '92 im seling the car and dont want to throw away a $900 headunit all advice would be appreiciated. if it matters its a kenwood kdc-9020r cheers

well the technique i always found to work very easily was jam a large screwdriver down the side and just jimy it out, takes about ohh, 15 seconds
well just remove the dash surrounds and unplug everything from the back, unscrew it and slide it out. i assume you got an older one to put back in? or selling it with no head unit?

thanx mate i think ill stick to option 2
just goin to put the old s**t factory unit back in and leave my kicker speakers in there as well
