Gday..im hoping to replace my boot floor with in the next couple weeks.
Just a plain and simple floor and walls..maybe a hinged floor to acess the spare or something.

Does anyone have the measurements or plans (for a 96 ef falcon) they used for their boot?

Also whats the best s**t to use?..when it comes to leaks, strength warping etc.

MDF, Particle or Ply?

Tips and suggestions would be rad too :D

12 or 16mm MDF is the go. It'll be fine as, unless you've got a leaky boot (fix it), if you must, seal the MDF with some paint, clear, fibreglass resin etc. Some people use watered down PVA glue.

Which of the following amp's would suit my sub?

AMP 2, $200

Or could someone recommend a suitable pioneer or clarion amp.

If it makes a difference this is my headunit

Regards.

It's hard to say which amp would best suit the sub, as that particular sub doesn't list many specs on it at all, namely the RMS or continuous watt rating which is important when choosing amps.

I'd say any decent bridgeable 2 channel amp with a RMS rating closely matched to that of the sub at 4ohm will run it fine. Personally, i reckon a monoblock will be overkill for a single SVC sub.

My 2c worth

his sub yes overkill, but there is some SCV subs out there that require 3 times the power of that mono to run.

and quite frankly... ID LOVE ONE OF THOSE SUBS

600w max :/
Not that fantastic a sub huggie.... or do you mean a 1800w max 12"? My 15" is a 750rms (1500peak) Clarion DVC 4ohm wired at 2ohm running from a 1000rms Alpine Mono. It goes hard and low, much louder than what I've got I'd call stupid and pretty much un useable lol.

pretty much any 2/4ch amp bridged would run it about as well as anything. 3300t bridged at 4ohms is 150rms, probably all the sub can handle. that mono is barely any more powerful than the 3300t at 4 ohms anyway.

i ment the subs that require a metric f**k ton of power to run them lol, not the one linked...

something like DD or more listenable like boston would be nice.
